VenMill WorkMate Pre-Sander

The WorkMate™ Disc Pre-Sander is a new product from VenMill Industries that will repair badly scratched discs by working in conjunction with any of VenMill's OptoClear™ buffing disc repair and maintenance machines. The WorkMate is a dry sanding system, so no need for water or chemicals. Unit is user friendly and easy to operate. Repairs in as little as 1 minute. Optional settings include “Regular” sanding repair and “Heavy” sanding repair. This unit gives customers a 100% repair solution easily and affordably. Unit clearly indicates when supplies need to be changed by LED indicators on front display. Note: The WorkMate Disc Pre-Sander is not one of VenMill's OptoClear Process Units but is to be used in conjunction with one of those machines. Repairs made only on the WorkMate will not complete the process. A buffing cycle must be used to finish the surface of the disc. With all sanding disc repair machines some of the disc plastic will be removed. *Maximum amount of repairs may vary based on cleaning cycle usage.
